Beginning at 5p.m. on Friday, July 24 through Sunday, July 26, please be advised that there will be NO free parking available due to the Lowell Folk Festival. Please note that many streets will be closed to vehicular traffic for the duration of the festival. For more information on parking availability, rates, and street accessibility, please visit the Lowell Folk Festival website.
The annual Lowell Folk Festival will be taking place beginning Friday, 7/24 at 6p.m. through Sunday, 7/26 at 6p.m. Please be aware this may impact your visit as the festival encompasses all of downtown Lowell and Lowell National Historical Park.
